power panels Power Panels

WM is giving readers an exclusive opportunity to visit the West Midlands manufacturer Power Panels, previous winner of BFA Factory of the Year, Best Electronics and Electrical Plant, Best Small Company and winner of the Skills Development Award.

Power Panels has become a company to emulate. It sets standards in quality and delivery beyond the reach of glitzier world class pretenders, turning 'adding value' into tangible, living reality. Above all, it takes decent, hard working, ordinary people and turns them into a committed workforce whose skills and attitude put them at the very top of the industrial tree.

This tour is designed to assist companies who are embarking on a journey of culture change for their people. It is an essential visit for the directors and managers tasked with driving the change- take advantage of the opportunity to engage with a company that's actually done it!
